go to www.limewire.com and download their free software.. after you download the software open the program and search for it. you should find it there

try downloading morpheus (www.morpheus.com)
which has less viruses than limewire or bit torrent, which virtually never gives viruses or just do a google search for filesharing, p2p, torrent or free download...
that should find you some good programs
