i was co-editor of our literary magazine in college it was called the Touchstone Magazine. Since I have been out of college they have renamed the newspaper too. It was called the TJC News now its called the Shorthorn. I think when deciding on a name take something the people relate too about the school and incorporated into the title of the magazine. But for your magazine I am going to steal the name from rock music. Call it The Experience. After Jimi Hendrix Experience.

"4 us by us"
Don't use "The Voice". Everyone uses "The Voice". When I was in college (a very conservative college), they changed the name of our school magazine to "The Voice". No one liked it, it was too common of a name. The next year I transfered to a different college because I changed majors. I was looking through the library of the new college and saw a magazine in a distance called "The Voice". I thought, hey they have my old college's magazine here? But when I got closer, I realized it was a gay pride magazine! I thought it was hilarious! I called my friends at the old college and they came by just to see it. They told their college magazine editor because they hated the name anyways, but she refused to change the name at that point.

Why not "College Life"?

It's simple yet to the point of the magazine....AND when your in college, I doubt your going to be associated as a teenager...Your more like an adult but still young enough to get away with having fun....your welcome...

Well, what is your college's mascot? Whatever the mascot it, choose a name to follow that begins with the same letter as the name of your mascot....for example: Viking Voice.(Our School Newspaper) My mascot is Vikings and they chose a name after that that started with the same letter. Try that and see how that works.

Let's see, you could call it: "College Years," "Alumni Magazine," "Trends," "Student Life," "The Daily Alumni," "The Daily Record," "Freshman Years," "The Spoke's Wheel," "Speak," "My Life As a College Freshman," etc. etc.
