How can I configure my settings to eliminate this site from comming up?

You most likely have spyware/adware on your computer. Use Spybot - Search and Destroy or Ad-Aware to eliminate it.

Panda software, http://www.pandasoftware.com offers a free scan that I use often. They will scan your computer for free and remove the offending viruses. Once you get to their website, click on the activescan option and follow the instructions to scan and disinfect your pc.

you need to run ad ware or spybot heres links to both i love spybot !! works great http://www.spybot.info/ or go to cnet.com then downloads then to spyware ect its there now ad ware is http://www.lavasoft.de/ run them delete and poof :)
