What is happening with your breast being sore is perfectly normal. Mine were sore off and on. Even now years after my last child I can tell when my hormone levels change because my breast will become tender. Also do not PUMP your breast to get the milk out if you choose not to breast feed. Doing this will only make your breast produce MORE milk. You will be given medication to dry your breast out.

It sounds normal to me. Everyone is different. First pregnancy mine hurt for maybe 6 weeks. The second pregnancy they didn't hurt at all. And this time they hurt a little for maybe 3 or 4 weeks from around 6-8ish weeks. I am nursing a 19 month old once a day, but I doubt that has much to do with tenderness in mine.

yea it's totally normal ! .. an yupp they will stat hurting again !! An after Birth , when they start to swell thats gonna hurt too , Get a sports Bra to wear after Birth , the Sports bar is SOO much more comfortable vs. a normal bra , during that time ! Also if you are not going to breast feed , look in to a Breast Pump , to get out all the Milk.
