Hey!
Here's an answer from someone who's had a similar experience very very recently!
This "so-called" best friend of mine had been doing things to help me emotionally for about the last year, coz I had gone through a sudden and unexpected bereavement! I knew him a few months before his helping scene started!
Through this year, I never realised that he was utilising me, financially! Later, I was down by 4 lacs hard-cash. The problem is I had so much faith in him, I never asked for a documentation of the money I gave him.
He owes me that & suddenly he's disappeared.... He does not answer his phone! He stays away from home on weekends so that even if i get to his place on weekends, I cant acatch him!
Now what do u think I did?
Stopped trying to think about it! & got on with life... waiting for a better friend!!!
I understand ur mental situation, mate! I have nothing more to say than "I know it hurts... but get over it"....

if he /she is my best friend, then the reaction for so called 'cheating' would depend on the degree of cheating
any harm emotional wont be tolerated and ll be open to discussion.
i would give the person a chance to explain.
most of the issues develop from miscommunication.If we have a high degree of communication with this best friend, there is no chance for big betrayals or back stabs.
If we have a good friend, we dont even need a mirror to look in to!

In first place why did he cheat me ? what made him cheat you ? and the cheating that he did to you was it worth the friendship that got ruined ?? Was it for money ? Pardonable cheaing. Was it for love and lust ?? Unpardonable cheating.And if it is the first time he/she cheated and not a serious cheating I would go to him/her clarify and kiss him/her and make up with him/her

A best friend hears what u don't say....if he cheats u he may cheats others too..

They wouldn't be my best friend anymore. And depending on what happen I may not even consider them my friend.
