Yes! Though it is not the most active (that would be Mt St Helens, both recently and historically) volcano in the Cascade range, there is active subduction zone (not back-arc), which means eruptions (also earthquakes) can happen at any time. The last eruption was 7700 years ago and was about 3x larger than Krakatoa, with dbris reaching all the way to Nebraska. See links for more info.

Crater Lake is a back arc volcano due to the subduction of the Pacific Plate under the North American Craton. Although it is not actively spewing out material as long as this subduction continues there is the possibiliby of future eruptions. With this in mind I have to conclude it is active.

The lake partly fills a nearly 4000 ft (1220 m) deep caldera that was formed around 7700 years ago by the collapse of the volcano Mount Mazama.
It is not active.

It is a volcano that blew off its cone a long time ago. It apparently hasn't been active in a while. Like an earthquake fault, it might be considered inactive, until it went off. It is inactive, but probably not yet extinct. It is a really cool place to visit.
