Charm is a combination of a number of socially desirable characteristics, from courtesy and wit to sexiness and charisma. It can be turned on just like being sexy and flirty can be turned on. A man can decide to act charming when he is around females he likes. And can just be sloppy among women he loathes. So to answer your question charm though reflex at times can be turned on.

No, unfortunately. Charm is a trait I was never endowed with or learnt from anyone.
Have loads of other splendid qualities though.
