She wants to stay within the pharmacy theme, and it needs to be something comfortable and easy to take off to go to the restroom. They are always on their feet and scurrying about. Any ideas for a pill bottle costume or something else along those lines?

Doctor or Nurse would be the easiest a little boring maybe? How about a giant needle? Goodwill, Salvation army and those types of charity shops always have nurses uniforms.... so that would be a cheap and easy option...she could always jazz it up with other medical 'stuff'.

Tell her to paint her face green or make little red spots all over her face as though she has measles or chicken poxs. Tell her to have her hair a mess and wear a robe or night clothes. Props could be a huge (if she is the craft type she could make it) bottle of medicine with a skull and crossbone on it. Just play up the whole sick thing. It should be funny and the good thing about it is that it will be comfortable all day long.
