1. Toyota Tacoma for myself, Toyota Sienna for my wife (we don't need super expensive cars)
2. Louisiana (we want to move back home eventually)
3. large 6/8 bedroom 3/4 bath house, with a large yard for my kids and maybe a pool. Something were people could visit and have a large room to themselves.
4. Yes I would divide up 40 mil between all my aunts/uncles/cousins, then i would give my parents and inlaws probably about 10/15 mil each.
5. My friends - not really, a couple owe me money (they would blow the money), my wifes friends - probably (they seem to do well )
6. Ireland, my wife has always wanted to go there and so have I, then I would travel Europe to see where my family came from.
7. Jewelry or really really expensive clothes for my wife, who deserves it...she works really hard cleaning the house, raising kids while i work, etc..

Of course I would save some....I would spend about 100 mil (paying for stuff and paying debt off, and giving to family members) then I would invest about 20 mil, and save 60 mil (the interest alone would be enough to live on), 20 mil I would probably donate to several charities (MDA, Breast Cancer Research, HIV/AIDS research, and several others).
9. Yes, but only to finish my master's thesis and get my degree, then my wife could finish her education degree while i stayed at home with the kids. I have always wanted to be a writer, that would give me a good chance to do that.
10. Clean the house, neither my wife or I would....I would hire a maid or two.
11. Wake up and not have to go anywhere/or do anything specific
12. I dress fairly well now, I might, depending on how much i decided to budget for my own wardrobe, MY wife however I would give enough money to let her dress very well.
13. Lose a little weight, getting some pudge around the middle.
14. If i were rich no I would not miss anything about not being rich, as it is now, it doesn't matter, we are happy (most of the time lol).
