Hey all I have a problem and i need advice?
My girl and i have or had a good relationship for a long time almost 4 years we have both done some jive things to each other but our relationship has and is losing its fire. Im losing her to her friends in which I feel I should come first especially when Im home because im away at school. She really doesnt express herself that much to me anymore. She and we usually say I love you all the time but we havent said it in almost a week now, shes not as bubbly or loving as she used to be. I tried to talk it over with her and because I've done this on numerous occasions she doesnt want 2 hear it anymore. I love her a whole lot but Im completely lost?

if you guys are losing interest, there isnt much you can do, maybe all you can be is friends. a relationship should never lose fire if it is meant to be.

Hmmm....4 years...I think it's normal that the "fire" isn't as hot as it once was when you first met. If you've talked it over and she doesn't want to hear it anymore, then leave it at that. I wouldn't push her. You're away at school now, therefore, she needs to have other friends. I think if you found new friends, male and female, then you wouldn't worry so much about your girlfriend. After four years if you believe she's the only one for you and you can't live without her, then ask her to marry you. You'll find your answer then. OR, my suggestion would be to make some friends with other females and compare them to your girlfriend. This way you'll know for sure who's right for you. Have some fun, you're young!

what you are experiencing is normal for a couple who has dated for that long.. it's human nature.. love comes easily at first, but after awhile it takes work and committment to stay together.. most people don't truly understand what love is.. it's not something you're a victim of that just happens to you.. real love is not a feeling, it's a verb.. love is demonstrated by one's actions.. it sounds to me like she isn't willing to put forth the effort required to maintain the relationship..
my recommendation would be to get married because then you will have officially pledged to keep loving each other.. if you propose to her and she says "no" then I would say dump her and move on.. you can't put your life on hold because she's unwilling to committ..

Just because the "Sparkle" is gone doesn't mean it's over!
lets just hope you built up a communicating relationship... if she isn't willing to talk to you then she isn't putting in her half!
shock her and say do you want to end this now...
you can't expect her to drop her plans just because your home! that's just wrong!
my bf.. had to fly out of town for 2 weeks and when he got back he got to hang out with the guys on a trip! yeah it sucked for me almost 3 weeks i couldn't be in his arms!
but remember
for a healthy relationship
there should be 3 people
you
her
and both together!
people should be a bonus not a burndum...

I hate to hurt your feelings but it sounds like girlfriend is ni longer in love with you,Poeple change!And when your as young as you guys{it sounds it,being in school and all}are,You change as you grow and my dear sweet friend,It sounds like she has out grown you,I say both of you take time off!Date other poeple{Sounds like she may already be doing that when your at school,Just by her behaver!And if she still is in love with you,She will come back,Listen poeple always think the grass is greener on other side,Until you get there and relize your grass was just fine!Let her date,And if she really loves you,beleave me,She will end up with you but by then you may not want her!Keep your chin up my friend,Life is to short to be Sad!Good Luck!hollywood!

sounds like she's tired of trying & not into the relationship at all anymore, u don't make her happy like u used to - if that's true, then u need to move on as well

Why wouldn't she want to hear that you love her and are concerned about your relationship? It doesn't sound like she is very commited

if you love than you would now that you have to let her go and be free, if she comes back than you should be together not the other way around.

give the things she likes.go to a beautiful and romantic place with her and try not to hurt her.
