You first have your lawyer look them over, if you are not satisfied with the terms(she has stuff thats really "just" yours), wait to sign them until the wording is to your satisfaction. I would'nt want to be married to someone who does not want to be married to me.

Well if you sign them you might think your taking the easy way out but contest them may not be worth your time, so with out knowing all the facts my suggestion to you is to sign them because the property she stole is just a constant reminder of her and new things or property should brighten your spirits, she also could have taken the property to savor memories she had with you, i dont know what she has but when your faced with a decision like this i think its best to stick with the old saying out with the old in with the new. good luck.

It's a very personal decision. I had always said that I would not fight over "stuff" because it can almost always be replaced. When my ex-husband and I split, he broke into the home about a week before our divorce decree was issued and took furniture, etc. I let him. What possible good would it do to fight over a couch? It wouldn't make me feel better, and I just wasn't going to waste my time. He was shocked, and I think, was looking for a fight, if not at least a reaction. So, decide how important the "stuff"really is - can it be replaced, eventually? Good Luck and be strong!

Get an attorney first, do not sign anything till he looks at the papers. He will help you get what belongs to you.

How much money do you want to spend getting your stuff back? Is it worth your time and mental health?
