What are the problems caused by juries during any case and what would the advantages of having a trial by jury?

Well I can't tell you the problems, but I can tell you the advantages for the defendant.

If one doubts the defendant did it-hung jury no punishmentt unless he is tried again and everyone thinks he's guilty.

The most sensible thing about our legal system is that it allows the lawyers to do all their polemics, but finally depends upon twelve ordinary level headed citizens to decide the actual verdict.
Juries do not normally cause any problems if the judge has a strong personality.

far and away the main problem is these 12 people are too stupid to get out of jury duty. the advantage is to hire a top defense lawyer. why do you ask???because these 12 people are stupid!!!!
