I loved that show! I watched it every Monday night and kinda always wanted him to eat that darn cat. Also...was it just me or did ALF and that daughter have some kind of chemistry? I was hoping at the end that they would get together (in a clean kid kinda way).

I am from South Africa, the show 'Alf' was translated into the Afrikaans language. I used to love the show in Afrikaans. Later seasons were screened in English. Will you believe me if I say that the people who translated the series, actually enhanced it in Afrikaans as the humor was even better and the voice that they used, suited him better. It had to be a popular show, if they showed it all over the world including Africa.

Oh yes, I thought he was extremely cute and funny!!! Especially when he would be calling the cat Luckmyster, so that he could eat him!! My favorite episode was when he was portrayed as all those singers!!!!

I enjoyed the first season, but it quickly became tiresome. "Alf" was a one trick pony.
