my friend got marrid to a guy who lives here, they been arguing since beginnig and its the guy's fault(who is here)who make it difficult for her to continue this relationship. he is trying to bring her here also but she doesnt want the things getting worse. he already file her document and trying to bring her with K3 visa(fiance visa) . she wants to get divorce but doesnt know how to apply for it over her.can i do anything for her?

Contact the district court in the U.S. city that they both lived in for at least 6 months. If where she is now she has been over 6 months and established residency.....then perhaps she can file there. Contact the clerk of courts and request a no-fault divorce packet. if there children.you can file a legal separation agreement and make provisions for their care and merge that agreement in to a divorce agreement once you have filed. As a non citizen.you may be barred from entry into the U.S. but on the other hand if you are never returning to the united States you may need to file through the U.S.embassy. or you can just remain married and not file anything and just live your life.
