All babies are different, they hit milestones at different times. My son started out low crawling at about 6 months but he didn't actually crawl until about 8 but he started pulling up to stand at 8 months and walking at 10. you can go to babycenter.com they have more info about milestones for babieshttp://www.babycenter.com/general/baby/babydevelopment/6476.html
here is another one

If you are concerned talk to your pediatrician.
Hope this helps

My baby is 6 1/2 months and still hasn't crawled either. I don't think that we should worry quite yet. Most baby books say 7-8 months, even though lots of babies do it before that and some after. Good luck!

They are all different, but usually most babies are crawling by 8-9 months, some do not crawl at all they just go straight into walking, but rest assured whatever age you baby starts has no reflection on intelligence. I have a friend who's baby did not walk until 16 months old, he is now 16 and a straight A student.

My son never crawled. Just kinda flopped about on his butt, or wriggled on his belly or back. By the time he was 8 or 9 months, he was pulling himself up to stand. By the time he was one, he was walking. Not all kids crawl, but it can be a pain if they don't because they kind of expect you to help them out. Babies are like that, eh!
Best of luck, 6 months is probably still too young to be crawling anyway.

Don't even sweat it. 6 months is just a guideline. My child didn't start crawling until she was at least 7 months old. With many children nowadays, they don't start crawling or walking till later since parents are told to keep them on their backs. Make sure your baby gets plenty of tummy time, and he/she will start crawling when they're ready.

from 5-6 mnths & upward. Some take longer than others. Some never crawl but they start trying to walk without crawling.

I think all babies are sooo different. Yours may even crawl tonight!!! If not dont worry baby may just get up and walk.

My first son crawled at 5 months and my other one at 6 months. Also got teeth around this age, walked by 8 months.

Some babies dont walk till over 1 year they will do it when they are ready!!!

Nothing to worry about. I have 3 kids, Caitlin is 5 and she crawled at 9 months, Alexis is 3 and she crawled at 7 months, Brayden is nearly 7 months and shows no sign of crawling yet!
I think that they all go at their own pace. Don't worry, just relax and enjoy the ride - before you know it they are off and running!
