"Mount Pinatubo is an active volcano located on the island of Luzon in the Philippines. The volcano's eruption in June 1991 came after 500 years of dormancy, and produced one of the largest and most violent eruptions of the 20th century. It is a subduction volcano, formed by the Eurasian Plate sliding under the Philippine Plate along the Manila Trench to the west. About 300 people were killed by the eruption, mostly by roofs collapsing under the weight of accumulated wet ash."

Last night, next door, the guys wife blew up when he came in at 2:30. No one was killed. He was slightly injured and suffered some fireant bites from sleeping in the hedges.
