That is certainly in the upper portion of the range of normal. The real answer to this question should be by a physician, who has access to much more information, such as, but not limited to: have you maintained the same growth curve your whole life? Were your family members also tall at a young age? Have you gone through puberty?
What would be of concern if they think this is abnormal is a pituitary tumor that is secreting hGH, or human growth hormone, which would require intervention. There are some other findings they would be looking for if they suspect that, such as vision problems, particularly in the peripheral fields, and some changes in the appearance of the face, hands and feet.
Don't fret, but make a routine appointment and ask your doctor these questions.

No. But this is not a bad problem to have. Get into basketball or something. If you start know you could be great by Highschool, and maybe get a full ride college scholarship.

Yes. Your height is normal for you. There is nothing wrong with growing tall. Other's may not be as tall as you, but don't worry. Height is genetic.

It is certainly unusualy, however not anything to worry about. You have just sprouted early! You will slow down soon, and everyone will take time to catch up to your height! Enjoy it while you can!

No, I would say that you're head and shoulders above people your age. You're growing at a rapid rate.
