firstly, u will ask ur self what u want from a freind, what kind of freinds do u want, male or female, intimate or just good freinds? when u answer these questions, with that u can start making freinds, do u like very quite and cold people as freinds or do u want social, freindly and funny people as freinds, ask ur self again.
then if u see somebody u like, maybe a girl or a guy, u can walk up to the person and say, hello, my name is.... and u? u can start from there, just be nice to people, and u will see that everybody will love to be ur freind.
about making freinds on net, its really a sweet thing!! though u dont get to see the person almost immediately (apart from web cam) u can still meet somewhere. but one more thing, while making freinds online be careful not to be scamed. just take ur time, go to yahoo chat room, discuss and meet people, exchange phone numbers, and u are there.
i have so many freinds online, and its been wonderful, some are even inviting me to come to their country. u know, its sweet!

to make frendship is to interact with people
wen u interact with them u wil understand wat kind of person he or she is. but u wil not be able to understand completely. it wil take months or even years.
You can also create frends in net.
Now a days it is the easiest way to make frendship.
but dont beleive anyone until or unless u are very much sure they are good. becoz there are people who also misuses this.
