Outlook problems?

my outlook (not express) is giving me lots of problems, and it won't start sais it has .dll error or its not properly installed, help

i did reinstall it doesn';t help

The easiest way is to reinstall it.

ADDITIONAL:
Did you uninstall it first? Have you asked your internet provider?
If I were you I would take it to the repair shop if these steps could not solve the problem.
