Is the Dividend figure on Yahoo Finance Stock Quote page a dividend / quarter or total dividend/year?

It is supposed to be the annual dividend, but some of the data is not too accurate. Therefore, don't make book on it without verifying other sources.

It is the total dividend per year.

Dividend per year. Not all companies pay their dividends quarterly.
