It is always best to store your phone numbers on the sim card and not the phone, so that when you change phones the numbers move with the Sim.

You will need to find the menu option on your Nokia that will allow you to copy numbers on your phone to the Sim. If you can't find this you can always pop into a mobile phone shop and ask them to quickly do it for you.

If your phones are not locked to a network, save all numbers from the phone to the sim card, remove sim, placed into motorolla phone and upload into phone.

Better yet take it back to the retailers and get them to do it for you.

Most new motorolas (SLVR, V3, etc.) have Outlook sync. so if your Nokia is new enough, you could sync that your PC as well.

Failing that you could either try bluetooth or saving all your numbers to your SIM.

Personally, now I have a Motorola, I just make sure Outlook is up to date and transfer over the numbers I need. NO PAIN!
