Helping people find your business in search engines has two parts: first your site must be "in" the search index and second it must rank high for the appropriate keywords or no-one will find it.
Getting your site into a search engine is relatively easy... the engines crawl billions of pages. Likely your site is already in the search engines, but to be assured you can submit your site here:

Ranking high is more tricky. There's a whole industry devoted to this, called Search Engine Optimization. I recommend reading this page for more details:

It is FREE. Only suckers PAY a service to do this.
Get a secondary email address for this, since it generates SPAM. (one from Yahoo will work good).
Then visit a free submitter like:
http://www.addme.com/
But use only one. You don't want Google to get hundreds of requests. They only need ONE.
HEY, if you wanted people to see your website, why didn't you show us now? Part your marketing plan should be to SHOW IT everywhere. (get paint, and write it on your car).
But you can ALSO buy Google Ads. Just $30 a month might increase your web traffic dramatically.
