I am interested in both of these resorts. I am wondering which one is in a better location (the pros and cons of the locations). If anyone has had any good or bad experience with either of them I'd love to hear about it. Any advice would be a great help. I am planning my trip for January.

Pearl of the Pacific is better. Be sure to make reservation right now. By the way, is this your first time to come here in the Philippines? There are lots of other scenic spots here. Also try the Pearl Farm in Davao and Banaue Rice Terraces. You will surely love these places as well as the Hundred Islands.

I'd say Pearl of the Pacific but LaGuna De Boracay is not bad at all. It's just that Pearl of the Pacific has a more convenient location. And like what Tricky said, don't believe that the island has problems with its drainage system cause it's fine. Their waste management system is functioning properly. I was just there four days ago and the island was even more beautiful than ever!

i am suggesting Pearl of the Pacific than LaGuna De Boracay but im not saying the latter is not a better location.i have experienced to stay at both resorts & i would like to suggest the former to you.if u can wait shangrila boracay which already being built on that island,thats better

I would prefer Pearl of the Pacific II! Its located at the beach front in Station 1, a very good area in Bora, while Laguna Boracay is not beach front, and very far from the other gimmick places! You will still need to ride a tricycle to go to other places

pearl of the pacific is much closer to where the good night life is,and its also right in front of the beach so it'd be the better choice...don't believe the person who says that there's no proper sewage system in the island coz there is.. she probably doesnt know what she's talking about.. enjoy!!!

BE CAREFUL!! There is no proper drainage system in the whole Boracay Island. Just make sure that the water you are drinking is clean =) he he he he

better go to sea wind than those two, people on sea wind are more hospitable to local tourist
