Good question btw....At the rate other countries are gearing up the nuke issues its no doubt all the world will have to face the threats that follow, hopefully not in my lifetime though..and I don't forsee any nukes being used anytime soon, too many countries would be destroyed,& that alone would defeat any greedy purposes of countries involved..

I don't know if it's eminent, but I do think it is a definite possibility. There is a lot of nuclear material left behind by the fall of the Soviet Union unaccounted for. The chance that this material could fall into the hands of terrorists is very real. The possibility that they would use it if they have it is almost absolute. The one certainty is that we will be attacked again at some point.

I should think that a nuclear act of terrorism is a few years off. Nuclear bombs whether dirty or explosive are very difficult to obtain..
Whats more worrying is the likely hood of a bio chemical attack!. Such weapons are easier to make! and use..

Try not to be afraid. I know its hard, they want us to be afraid and if you are then they are winning. Osama is not who we need to worry about now. Its Iran. He has the same dreams that Hitler had. I believe we are a protected country by the Lord, but that doesnt mean that we are completly safe. Live your life and be proud of who you are and where you come from.

yes, i think so. but it wont b the next one. i am guessing another five. Terrorist dont have enough money to buy nukes and actually donating them. terrorist always attack america and it will be hard for them to get those nukes in america.
but, with the rate at which the nukes are being made, i have no problem in imagining the terrorist breaking into any nuke facility and stealing the nukes.

I hope not, but I can see it happening either here in London or somewhere in America, it scares me too, just the thought of it and knowing that the average citizen can do nothing to stop it.

It is hard to say. Let's hope they don't go nuclear. If that happpened, entire cities could be toatlly destroyed in one blast. Millions of peope could lose their lives.
