I have a certain pet peeve concerning public toilets, in that it annoys me when people urinate all over a toilet seat and don't bother to clean it off, let alone flush. Such was the case a few weekends ago when I had to use the public toilet at a local department store. Some young punk had just left the stall and headed for the sink, so I went for that stall. He had just peed all over everything and left it like that.

I said, "Dude, you mind cleaning up your mess?"

"Up yours, douchebag!" Was his response.

So I dragged the little wretch into the stall and cleaned the toilet seat off with his head, using his hair as a mop. I then threw him out of the stall and he bolted out of the restroom, leaving me in peace to do my business. Needless to say, a police officer was waiting for me when I exited the restroom, and he wrote up a report. Looks like this will be going to court. Any speculation on how it may go?

While his actions are disgusting, they are unfortunately not illegal.
Yours however, are illegal. The case against you could be anything from simple to aggrivated assault and battery. You simply can not lay hands on another person without it being in a defensive action. You may also be sued for endangerment.
As far as this individual is concerned lets put out this as a possible scene. He went into this stall and it was as you found it. His aim was superior to the previous occupant and you (over)reacted to the condition of the stall. You dragged his head through a mess that was not his. You also exposed him to substances that in a medical office would be labeled as bio-hazzard.
Hope all turns well for you but I think you will need a lawyer and see some court punishment from your actions.

The kid saying "Up yours, douchebag!" wasn't something that should have evoked such a violent response from you. You were not acting in self defense, and the assault you describe sounds extreme, to say the least with the added element of the pathogenic nature of a bathroom stall as one more aggravating factor.
I'd say you are looking at court-ordered anger management classes, probation, and if that "punk" chooses to sue you in a civil action, there could be financial consequences beside the criminal court fines you will face.

Vigilantism has been a big topic lately and that might influence the judge, but if you have no other offenses and this is a one time deal you may get probation or supervision with it being expunged from the record upon completion. Also the DA might offer this as a plea before hand especially if you offer an Alfred plea. I would worry more about the civil suit that is likely to follow.

I see that all the time in public restrooms, I wish that the offenders could get a ticket them selves. Or at least to community hours for there offense (cleaning others misuse of the restroom).
I would have flushed his head in the toilet bowl.
Hope all goes well in court.

I hope what you said is true

Sadly the law is probably on the punk's side but I am saddened that parents today have no idea how to instill values like respect for others, particularly women in the case of boys, and common decency.
I would have held him down while you flushed on his head (Just to wash his hair of course!!)
If you do end up in court I hope you get a woman judge

Well I agree with you about this being disgusting some people are just nasty, no self respect or respect for others. Women do it too makes me sick, don't flush, urinate all over the seats, you name it, they are probably worse than men. But sounds like you are looking at a case of assault on your hands, Bravo for saying something to the nasty jerk, but I believe you went a little overboard in your actions, if you really did this, it just sounds too funny to be true.

I would have to agree that the kid was quite the punk in doing something like that and refusing to clean it up afterwards just puts the cherry on top. However, what you did was basically assault.. prepare yourself for the Judge to explain to you how the law cannot be taken into your own hands.

Young punk? You should have told his parents. If you were able to do that to him, you should have been able to squeeze some number or something outta him...lol.

Equal justice is the word...but how about this statement: well, this way, he'll never do it again...I guess, but parents should make decisions on how to "teach them a lesson"...

Thus, the suit. Good luck.

Personally, I would have followed the kid home to figure out where he lives. Then I'd come back the next day when no one was home, break in and take a dump on his pillow.
