I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.

I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

I do medical research. I don't believe in creams or other useless products like gels or lotions. Cellulite is not a skin problem, it's an underlying structural issue. Check out this site http://nocellulite.toptips.org
It has a lot of useful tips about natural remedies to treat cellulite.

You 've just gotta keep on a healthy balanced diet, regular exercise and lots of water to keep the body hydrated. Like the others have said, even skinny people get cellulite, it's just the way that the fat is distributed around the body. Keep drinking that water, body brush, massage and moisturise!!

I've seen thin women that work out with cellulite. Women cant help it, our fat cells are like a fishnet or grid which makes the cellulite look they way it does. Men on the other hand , their cells are all in a row, not fishnet. That's why men don't get cellulite.

It isn't altogether avoidable for some, but a great way to prevent it is to exercise, drink tons of water, and stay away from carbonated beverages--they seem to cause the problem!

Dont think you can avoid it, doesnt matter if you are thin and eat healthy, its just a build up of toxins in the fat cells that a lot of woman get. I think body brushing is meant to help reduce the appearance of it.

sorry to say but cellulite is hereditary, if your mum or in the family you have then you cannot avoid having even if you are slim there will always be but see less
the only thing you can do to take it away forever is going hospital and make a liposuction, it means that in total anaesteasia the surgeon will take a kind of straw and suck away all the grease and belly possible localized where you want him to take away, butt, legs....
