Absolutely not. One waster molecule is 2 hydrogen atoms and 1 oxygen atom, and to make it smaller than that would change it into something that isn't water anymore. No. Never. Impossible.

If you try making water smaller, you will end up with something that isn't water. The molecules that you have created in you process of 'improving' water will have strange properties. And, this is certainly not good for the human body.
better........ no way.
Water is such a special substance in the universe. The properties of water make it unique. Any change to their properties can be lethal to life. Something like altering the distance between H and O atom can transform the properties so much that water will no longer be water but vapour.

Any molecule can be made smaller....but that's in a laboratory. Changing a molecule is changing it's properties. You just may make water very toxic instead of healthier.

Nope. Water molecules are already nearly the smallest thing your body comes across.

Yes, they can be made smaller by replacing the electrons by muons. But muons are unstable. It would certainly not be better for the human body.
