--We would like to go somewhere exotic with great sites to see. Problem: I've heard that most, if not all places are deserted because vacation season is over. We want to spend quality time together, but we don't want to be bored either! We were looking at Fiji, New Zealand, Spain...ect. HELP!

piha, nz is nice plus its spring time there so its right before the tourist season and not crowded.

Anywhere warm - Fiji is stunningly beautiful. I am a bit biased though I have family there. The main island is great but try some side trips to the surrounding islands like Plantation Island (a wonderful resort with private bungalos!).
Also, Puerto Vallarta & Neueva Vallarta on the west coast of Mexico are beautiful. There is a lot to to do in and around the cities.
However, if you want to take advantage of the gorgeous fall foliage in the US, why not make a trip to the New England states like Masachusetts - Boston, Glouchester, Rhode Island - Newport, Maine. This could be such a great trip and there and romantic Bed & Breakfasts all through New England!!

You look to care too lots regarding the stay. I choose determination one million.Gangtok isn't crowded as different places you have indexed. i might want some place which isn't crowded. there is yet another determination which lots of the human beings do no longer even understand.that's Lakshadweep islands. With unprecedented seashores it has some super and romantic honeymoon place.I guess you may discover it greater effective than Mauritius.

If you are ready to spend few more $ then Go to Switzerland the land of beauty and there you will never get time to boredom as your Life Partener with you,or any Silent Island Like Kerela & Goa in India and Sri Lanka to have beautiful beaches where lot of Sea Resort with complete Privacy and natural beauty as well as. Wish you happy Married life.

I think the caribbean, because it is cheaper to visit this time of year
ST Maarten , Nevis, ST Kitts, ST Barth
you can do Island hoping
stay in ST Maarten and visit ST Barth, Anguilla, Saba those places are 30 minute boat ride you can also fly
have lunch visit and return to your hotel room in ST Maarten everynight & the night life inSTM is great
as well as jewelery shopping in Front Street

truly, you can't get more bang for the buck but to go on a cruise to either bermuda or bahamas this time of year, rates are cut in half. it is pampering like no other. you don't have to think too hard about where to have dinner , your beds are turned down, rooms cleaned twice, 3 times a day, they bend over backwards for you. if you haven't done it before i would say definitely please , take my advice, you really won't regret it. congratulations by the way!
