As you haven't mentioned _which_ popup blocker you are using it is hard to give exact instructions... but generally somewhere there should be an options menu, from which you can disable it....

Here's a thought - read the manual and/or help files! People seem to forget that even software comes with instructions - there is no mystery about technology, you just read the manual like you would with almost anything else.

Open Internet explorer page
Go to TOOLS
Internet Options
PRIVACY
and remove the tick from POP UP BLOCKER to disable it

Open ur IE go to tools and unmark the pop-up blocker and that is all.

go to tools>internet options>privacy and uncheck 'Turn on popup blocker'.

This will disable the Popup-blocker permanantly...

If you are wanting to do it for just one site, using IE, hold down the control key when you click on a link to go to the site.
