i want to send an e-mail to a university, i want to ask about something. can somebody help me how to write a good e-mail for that purpose? including the format for the heading and so on... pliz!!! i need it quick!!! thanks

Included in Microsoft Word are templates that can help you out.

Depending on what version you have, go to File, New, Template.

Start by spelling correctly, capitalising at the start of sentences and proper nouns, and don't ever abbreviate - it makes you look like a moron.

In other words, don't do any of the things you did in your question.
