i have one computer in my home ,i dont have net connection there,i am using win xp,my computer have virus,how can i remove the virus without using internet?

Use AVG. When it is downloaded, it copies the install file to your computer's hard drive first, then install from there. The original install file is left on the computer. Get a friend to download the program from http://free.grisoft.com/softw/70free/setup/avg71free_405a782.exe for free.
Have them run the update so they have the latest files.
Copy the install and the AVG directory to a CD
Take it to your computer and install the AVG software. Then copy their AVG directory over the top of yours (this will give you the lastest updates).
Finally run the program to clean the virus.
As virus scanners work better in Safe Mode, you may want to reboot the PC in Safe Mode before running AVG.

You need antivirus program to protect your pc. Since file transfer from diskette also can attach by virus from main sources.
Risk way - Go to windows explorer to find the latest execute file or any other in your system according to the date that your pc virus affected. Reboot pc to dos safe mode, delete that file you finding. Reboot again to see any of defect.

Just go and buy AVG AntiVirus or any other AntiVirus but AVG is most powerful, install it and scan your computer free of those viruses and it will be ok
