I installed the Livebox without any problems 5 days ago but every day since there has been a problem when I've tried to connect again.

We did last month. No lights would appear on it and every time I tried to connect it said that the port was either open or about to be opened.

We called customer services and spoke to the technical team. They diagnosed that the livebox was faulty and issued a replaced which was to be recieved in 3-5 days. It arrived on day 3, so we were really pleased with the service as we'd heard it was meant to be dreadful too.

Give them a call, maybe you'll get the same service we recieved!

A question - have you had any thunderstorms? That may have knackered it.

Nope. Absolutley fine!

Hope it's not serious. Their customer service is terrible!
