every 28 years the calender repeats itself.
that is, if it was monday on 25 september 2000 it will be monday on 25 september 2028.
in your case, there are 22 years, which when counted backwards can contain at the most 1 leap year.
moreover if it was monday on 25 september 2000 it will be tuesday on 25 september 2001.
so to find probability you also need the month of birth.
otherwise calculating backwards one day per year it can be sunday, monday or tuesday.
hence probability=1/3

I think it is more or less than 1/7. The reason is that the fact that there's a restriction already by the fact that we have a birth day, which is Monday. This fact might pull the probability in different directions from 1/7. I don't know. Too tired to think.

years are 365 days long , except leap years which occur roughly every 4 years in normal centuries, every now and again a leap year is missed out ( because there aren't exactly 365.25 days in a year) so in his 22 years he will have either 365*22+5 days , 365*22+4 days or , 365*22+3 days ( there's a leap year just before his birthday , one gets missed out of the calendar and there's another just after his 22nd birthday) none of these fit the bill as he'd need to get 6 leap days in - as this won't happen till they change the calendar I would think he has no chance.

I heard long back from an elderly person in my family, once in 14 years, all your important birth datas like date, day, month & moon's position will be exactly the same as the you were born!!.
