I dont think you can. I cant even I could say that I thought I saw some... in most of the cases there are other kind of explanations.
Remember that your brain also is able to create images and stories even if you are sleeping.
But if you think that you really see ghosts... read good books about it, there are many. And probably you will get deeper knowledge interesting for your experinces.

On my pereferal vision sometimes i see figures but most of the time , i usually get goose bumps - its a sign that there are other "beings" around you.
