although i'm no expert but in my opinion worrying is real bad.....it tends to cut you off from the real world and makes things which are already bad appear worse.in a case where we can do something about the situation then maybe if we think about it carefully( and not worry our heads off) then we may seem to work it out but in most cases we tend to worry about things we can't do much about.in such cases worrying will only worsen the matter .what we can do is leave things the way they are and hope for the best!!!!!good luck!!!!!!!

Worrying is normal and healthy. There are things you should worry about - so that you can take precautions to avoid a problem. When you think of a situation that is worrisome, you can try to come up with a solution. For example, maybe keep some change with you and a list of emergency numbers, so you can make a phone call.
Excessive worrying is not normal, and maybe a sign of anxiety.

Excessive worry is not normal, unless you have a lot of issues at hand. If so, take one at a time and do your best to solve the problem. After that leave it where it is. You can only do what you can do, worry never solved a problem. Let it go. Stress kills!
