If I had to clean it, I think I would take it to a car wash and spray it with the power pressure washer. If it smells I would make a sollution of vinegar and water and hand scrub it first. Vinegar would help to neutralize any oders and the smell will disapate. It is a natural odor killer. I wouldn't use anything but the soap at the car wash and make sure you rinse it throughly.

you don't, you toss them.
the best way to clean foam is simply wash with soap, rinse, dry thoroughly, wash, soak in vinegar, rinse twice, dry thoroughly...
This is not worth doing to a foam mattress - and getting the darn thing dry after you attempt to clean it would be near impossible - it would go mouldy and be worse than when you started ..
Just buy a new one and use the old one for a dog bed or something.

You could do it yourself with a garden hose in the back yard but it would take long to dry.
In view that the cost of replacement is NOT that great, it would be well worth it to buy a new ne...
