To set up a roller skating rink in the Midlands

That's what this world needs, a roller skating rink! I'm serious as a heart attack. Nobody can be grumpy on roller skates! Yes, you fall and hurt your bum every once in a while, but it happens in life, too. You just get up and try not to fall again!
I think it's a great idea!

I think its a great idea. I feel sorry for our younger generation, I don't think the councils of the borough's set enough money aside to build amenities for kids, and then they moan that too many kids are hanging around the streets just looking for mischief. If the councils spent more money on facilities for the young instead of creating positions for yet more pen pushers they would be better occupied. Roller skating is something young and old would enjoy. I know I would have a go, and I'm 50. lol
