The alien items were available only while Jeniera's time ship was in Millsberry. She has repaired her ship and has left millsberry so there are no more items to be found.

If you wish to purchase any of the alien items you can do so from yard sales. The items include a hologram projector, gravity boots, force field, alien plant, and alien pet.
