I dont think there exists anything which delays the hair growth. Anyway shaving doesnt even take 5 min's these days with Gillette stuff.
I dont think you should be bothered too much unless you have to shave your boy friend face. :)

Hey, that's good. I shave every day, and in a few hours it looks like I need to shave again. It's all part of growing up.

Oh, if this were only 1986 and not 2006!! That stubbled 'Miami Vice' look was so 'in' back then...but then so were pastel suits, no-collar shirts, and those cabana-shoes....
Matter of taste. Some gals like the stubble, some don't. Nothing you can do about it, unless he will consent to Nair for men on his face, but I don't recommend this....and I don't think any guy would do that...even for love...
Well, get used to it, or trade your beau in for a new model...a cute Asian guy, or a Viking blonde Nordic, they tend to be smooth-faced...

He could always just change his gender...
Men have to shave everyday if they don't want facial hair, it's just a fact of life. It's really just karma - we don't shave our legs/pits/bits so we have to be made to shave in some other way!

Have him speak to a dermatologist. There are prescription-only creams that can reduce the appearance of facial hair for women. There may be a counterpart for males.

Your man has to fall in love with the razor!
Its like complaining about brushing your teeth, one has to do it everyday at least twice or we will have a very bad case of halitosis!
