i want to work in turkey, i speak basic turkish (i will further my knowledge) how do i go about this?

i specifically want to work as some kind of rep...as i am an excellent communicator...outgoing...so on!! there must be a way and im endlessy scratching my head trying to figure it out!! i have no previous expierience.
