Evolve is a gradual progress...
I am still progressing therefore still evolving into my full potential-I doubt I will be even in death, and there will still be a lot that I wouldn't have learned therefore still not evolved fully.
We evolve in thought, how our mind develops with age, there will always be something new to learn so the progress continues.

There is no such thing as "fully evolved" unless
some ultimate goal of evolution has been specified. Since there appears to be no such goal
the question is meaningless. All organisms now
living have an evolutionary history of the same
length, the period of time since the origin of life,
so in this sense they are all fully evolved. They are
not all of the same age, of course, but, assuming
there was only one origin of life, they all trace back
to the same ancestor.

This would be a valid question if evolution were a process which worked towards achieving a specified end result. However, it is not - Evolution is simply undirected genetic change, without any implied value of 'less' or 'more' evolved. There will always be change, because reproduction can't be a 100% flawless, perfect process.

You evolve and you keep evolving. You never stop evolving. This means you can never fully evolve.
As evolution is too slow, (compared to our average life) we identify species by the stage of their evolution.

I think you are fully evolved if you have super powers like teleport, laser eyes, fly, and has the capability to evolve more

Individuals ARE "fully evolved". Populations evolve, not individuals.

You are never totally evolved, that's teh whole point. As the environment changes you (as a species) change with it. The process never ends.
