some times you just have a feeling. you will conceive about 10-18 days after your last period started then 5-10 days later implantation will occur which may mean you have a bit of light bleeding before your period is due. you can do a early home pregnancy test to make sure which can be used 4 days before your period is due but you might get a false negative. its only around 56%... if you get sore boobs and a queasy feeling you might be.. ~I just knew when I was pregnant because I felt great for the first month in a long time.. good luck

you can take a pregnancy test 7 days after the "conceiving"
there are some tests you can take after 5 days....but 7 days tests are more accurate
