Anytime you install Yahoo Messenger, it copies the install to your hard drive and then runs the install for there. Once done, the install program is still on your hard drive unless you go in and delete it. So...have a friend download the install. Copy it to a CD, memory stick, etc. Take it back to your PC and install.
