I do it in meetings, in church, you know everywhere your not meant to hahahahaha.

Its nerves. I do it too, the more I try to stop, the more I start giggling. VERY embarrassing!!

Me too...and at weddings and funerals too. My brother got married in a Catholic church and the priest was all serious and dressed in the robes etc and I looked down and he was wearing sneakers. I cracked up. I think its a reaction to the seriousness of it. I always seem to find something funny.

Its a nervous and stress thing that can affect millions of people, I always want to do that at funerals for some reason, I feel so bad about it but its just one of those things that make me very nervous and want to giggle.

Perhaps some one told you to imagine the other person was naked,then it's understandable.I would stop this practise at once before it gets totally out of control.

I do it all the time, can't help it, it must be something to do with nerves, but I don't feel nervous at the time. My friend told me that her nan had died and we were both laughing so much.

Nervous laughter is quite common.
I was given the filthiest looks of my life for sniggering at a funeral once. I didn't care, I hated the b@st@rd!

I've found, the best thing to do if it happens at a funeral, is to cover your face with your hands, and pretend you're crying.

It's nerves sweetie.
I push tuck my hair behind my ears over and over agin when i'm nervous.
Everyone has something they do from nerves, like a mild tick. x

yeh me too its because you know your not meant to and the little devil that sits on your shoulder makes you and its also a nerve thing i think
