I don't know much about it but there's a movement called Straight Edge which is anti drinks, drugs etc. It might be linked with a type of music but unsure.
Maybe try googling it. There may be specific clubs for them?

I cant help you with a night club with no drink, unless you go to a christian get together an I'm sure they would attempt a "night club" situation and I'm sure that would have no drugs and drink.
But i can help you at finding a good night club or just about any thing in London on this site. Its really good cause it has reviews of people that have been to the club, pub etc... and they don't hold back with there reviews, if its a bad club they will tell you. Hope i have helped you out!
