You need to learn about your body as well as what things such as tampons can do to your health, it would be a good idea for you to learn about how your vagina functions and about other safer menstrual options such as pads, free-flow methods, or menstrual cups.
Someone has already suggested Instead softcups, but there are different types and brands of menstrual cups such as Divacup or Keeper as well, these can be left in for up to 12 hours as well as worn during the night when you sleep, as well as a lot of other advantages over tampons.

Commercial tampons are the most harmful out of over twenty different menstrual options; tampons prevent vaginal cleaning functions, dry out the vaginal walls, keep bacteria within your vagina in the pores environment of the tampon, and commercial tampons contain chemicals that can be harmful to health.
Tampons are a risk no matter how long you leave them inside your vagina for, those risks are increased the longer you leave a tampon in because the longer a tampon is inside your vagina the longer bacteria are kept within your vagina and allowed to multiply.
Manufacturers of tampons recommend you leave a tampon in no longer than 8 hours and use the lowest absorbency you can, ideally if you do choose to use tampons you should aim to change them every 4-6 hours.
It's also recommended you choose safer tampon options such as organic tampons (Natracare), sponge tampons (Jade & Pearl) or homemade tampons as these are made from natural materials and do not contain chemicals as commercial tampons do.

A tampon should not be left in over night for two reasons, the first being that you normally sleep for more than 6 hours, secondly because your menstrual flow does not flow down when you are laying down as it does during the day.
The lesser flow going into the tampon at night means that tampons are more likely to absorb more of your vaginas natural discharge that is needed to protect the delicate walls of the vagina, and so it can cause more vaginal splitting that can be harmful to the vagina.
There is nothing at all you can't do on your period that you can do when not on your period, this certainly includes going to the bathroom, if you use tampons with strings simply move the string out of the way.
Some people like to change them whenever they go to the bathroom, some people find they cannot pooh if they have a tampon in.
Remember tampons are not sterile, they are sanitary when put into your vagina but actually unhygienic, your pee however is sterile when it leaves your body so if it gets on the string it will not cause any problems.

a box of tampons has a pamphlet inside that has all your answers on it... but yes you can use them over night, make sure you have inserted it properly and you won't have a problem removing it, yes it is okay to go to the bathroom with it in. You never want to leave a tampon in for longer than 8 hours. Make sure you read that pamphlet that comes with the box thoroughly it contains all of this info and more.

Yes to all your questions. You need to make sure that you put a fresh tampon in before going to sleep.
Another femine product that is very effective and lasts longer than a tampon is INSTEAD. It's like a little cup that fits over the cervix and catches the menstral flow, rather than absorbing it.

Yes on all your questions, Just be careful, since you just started using them, not to forget to take one out before inserting another one in. This happened to me, and believe me it is not a pleasant thing telling the doctor or husband(in my case) honey go and dig up there in find my tampon. So just be aware and alert. Congratulations on becoming a young lady. The best to you.

Yes, wear them overnight. It would probably be best to change them when you go to the bathroom, but if you don't have one with you, it can wait.

Yes, yes, and yes. Don't wear the tampon longer than 8 hours though, it can cause toxic shock syndrome, but that is rare.
