Phoebe = five: the cardinal number that is the sum of four and one

Cardinal means :the number of elements in a mathematical set; denotes a quantity but not the order

Also a goddess associated with the moon and Artemis in Roman and Greek mythology

Phoebe is another name for 5 in many dictionaries i have found online but had no luck with finding its origin...yet

This indicates that the letters in 4 and the letters in 1, should spell Phoebe.

its probably asking you to look at the questions 1 and 4 and put them together and see what you get? but other than that i have no idea what phoebe means
