Wife had her tubes tided and now she wishes she did not and now she would like to have an other baby she would love it to be a girl. The other thing is her age al though in good health I would not want to take a chance on loosing her. I would like to know how you would go about finding a seragate mother to have a child for us.

you can ask a close family friend thats young enough to bear children to do it for you. A surrogate mother can be anyone who is willing, I wouldn't mind if I wasn't planning to have my own child. But here is a website that may be able to help you.

Dude find a young chick that needs money pay her to get knocked up then give all rights to you and your old lady and have threesomes with her and your wife till she gets pregnant.

Consider adopting first. Surrogacy doesn't always work out as well as you would hope.
