The contract she signed going in to the relationship binds her to Cruise for less than 10 years. In return, she gets a $5 million payoff. She knew what she was getting into from the stsrt.
(Katie took the offer after Jessica Alba and Scarlett Johansson, among others, refused Crazy Cruise's offer.)

Here is my take...Suri is not Tom's kid..all of this is just for attention. I think she not so bright for getting sweeped up into it. I mean this has to be for news because he has never acted like this. He was married for (almost) 10 years and didn't produce a child ( i hear he is sterlie) he never was jumping on couches with that whore Cruz, or anyone else for that matter. ALso I keep seeign a clip on tv with him about to kiss her on a red carpet and he asks her if shes ready...when do people in love ask each other if they are ready...it appears to all be staged. Maybe the adopted that kid..who knows...but then again its THEIR life and whatever they do they do

Don't even get me started on this subject.I used to love watching Dawson's Creek with Katie on there.Tom Cruise has just changed her.Me personally I think that the whole thing is just a publicity stunt.That Tom Cruise is just crazy and he needs to get on some kind of medication.

Well...nobody forced her to sign that contract. She wanted some publicity and she sure got it. Ya reap what ya sow.

katie is a grown woman..remember she once said her dream was to marry him..she chose to have a child with him if she didnt want to be with him she could have left ..people make it sound like she is a child locked in a cage..hey i dont like the guy but to each its own
