I am building a website and i need to save space by making forms switch on button click without page refresh like on yahoo home page, where one top by clicking one of the buttons on the serch form they switch from web to image or video etc. I know its made with javascript, but i don't know javascripting i have seen it and but don't know how to make it on my own. Does any one know how to do it or give some similar examples. anything would help me thanks.

look into DHTML (dynamic HTML) and Ajax. They both use javascript. Use DHTML when u already have all u need on the page, and use Ajax when you need interaction with the server (like when u delete an email and you want the server to know that ur email is gone forever).

internet Explorer 6 and seven and, Firefox. i believe all of them have a Pop-Up blocker outfitted in. For IE: click on procedures / Pop Up blocker / Pop Up blocker settings / you are able to set clear out point to intense and it will block notably lots all Pop-Up's, it is the way I even have mine set continuously.
